Furnace Cleaning Procedure

1. Dismantle Furnace. Remove Blower Housing.
2. Clean entire furnace, oil as needed, inspect for cracks (possible source of deadly carbon monoxide), adjust flame if necessary.
3. Remove register covers and clean.
4. Shop vac around duct hole.
6. Hose from truck connected to furnace (where blower housing removed from).
7. As the truck is sucking each duct line, specialized duct line cleaners are sent down each line to clean debris from inside of ducts.
8. When all lines are clean, the register covers are put back in.
9. Operation of furnace is checked and residual smell burned off.

Filter Kits

We carry high efficiency filters that fit snugly inside an easy to access grill installed in your return air line. These filters can (and must) be washed or vacuumed to clean away accumulated debris. They are much more efficient than the typical throw away filters. Installing the filter in your return lines captures debris as air is sucked into your home heating system and eliminates the need to use a filter in the furnace itself.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Clogged dryer vent lines can be a real problem. Lint builds up and has nowhere to vent, so it starts backing up into the dryer where it can catch on fire. Maybe you've noticed that it's taking longer and longer to dry a load of clothes. Same problem. The length of the vent and number of turns it takes contributes to the problem. But we can help. Using our power vent line cleaner, we'll scrub out the debris in your dryer vent line. Then we'll de-lint the back of your dryer if necessary and put the unit back in place to test the operation.
